[Harlem, Manhattan] In a drench weatherly day where the rain is started to pour out the sky but it ain’t gonna stop our plans to start the Thanksgiving outreach where we will be giving out 100 One Hundred Turkeys both in Harlem and in the East Village located at 134 West 122nd St and 548 East 13th St for the Serve The City outreach because God had been so faithful to both of our churches that it is only fair that once we serve our city we love this community where we come gathering around to bless these families that are in need of a turkey to cook in their homes as the Serve the City is about to begin.  


Today at P.S. 242, we will be offering supplies for those who are in need and to signified the glory in the greatest church in the greatest city that we get to called home, and make the best of our productive day, Adam The Team Leader Has Like 13 people overseeing the Turkey distribution and how many are we giving out as we head out to the school as the truck from DreamCenterNYC came and Isaiah had brought out 3 carts and brought out the Turkeys that were frozen as the total of it we were going to bring out 150 turkeys to give to the people who are in need. 


What the serving in our community really means as is based in Proverbs 22:9 in the New International Version that reads quote “[9] The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.”, it ain’t about serving for the church or the city but it is about building a connection to the people that want to come to church and hear from the word of God, but what about next year where we give out 1,000 turkeys and the next year before that but who knows we will just have to wait and see for ourselves and to remember as always God will always love you.
